Vietnam Food Expo 2018 opened from Nov 14th to 17th in SECC and the Netherlands is proud to be the Country of Honour of the fair. During the Food Expo, a Michelin star chef from the Netherlands, Michel Louws, showcased Dutch Cuisine with topic “A touch and taste of the Netherlands”. Hence, booth design and production as well as facilities and energy system were highly required and calculated to match the country’s role and activities at booth.
